Biography:

 In addition to management and marketing work with over 100 CPA firms and accomplishing eighteen practice sales and mergers, Dr. Martin has served as presenter for AICPA, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australian Society of CPA's, eight accounting firm associations, and twenty-five CPA societies. A graduate of Cornell and Northwestern Universities and a Certified Management Consultant, Dr. Martin is listed in Who's Who in the West.
